Absolutely. We use cotton and velvet fabrics, sturdy stitching, and premium catnip so your familiar can frolic safely in the void.

What are your shipping policies?

We process all orders within 2–4 business days.

Domestic shipping takes 3–7 business days, while international times depend on the whims of customs (and possibly the moon).

We ship worldwide, using sustainable packaging whenever possible.

Customers are responsible for customs fees and taxes.

Can I return a toy?

Accepted Answer

If something arrives damaged, please reach out — we’ll make it right, no rituals required.

If it is not damaged, only store credit is issued. The store credit must be used within 365 days.

Due to the uniqueness of our toys and materials, you may not be able to exchange it for the same pattern or type.
